State taxes other than resident state

I live in NY, own a rental property at PA under a PA LLC.

Do I have to file a separate business return for this PA LLC?
I file it under my personal return but it also show filling all my NY earning to PA, it did not look correct.

State taxes other than resident state

If the rental LLC is a single owner entity, you do not need to file a PA business return.  However, you do need to file a PA non-resident personal return reporting only the rental income and expenses.

Prepare federal first.

Then prepare the PA non-resident return reporting only the rental activities.

And finally prepare your NY resident return reporting ALL income, even that reported to PA.  Be sure the return contains a credit for taxes paid to another state if you owe PA income taxes for 2017.
