In 2021, until February, I was a resident of Maryland. Then I moved to Washington State and became a resident. How should I file my state taxes? Can someone guide me?
For the entire 2021 my W2 income was taxed for Maryland state.

Start in the federal interview under the "Wages & Income" tab.
WA does not have a state income tax so you will not have a tax return for WA.
You need to file MD part-year resident return. Only Income earned while living in MD is taxable on your Maryland Return.
