State rejected my taxes that were filed with Turbo tax. Turbo tax had said I would have a refund of $831.00 from federal plus 5,200 something from state. Federal says I owe them 1264.00 because I do not need to claim estimated tax payments. The same is true for my Wisconsin state tax. Please fix this so I ca get any refund due to me. Thank you. Please explain.  You have an amount on 1040 line 17 for estimated payments?  Did you make the quarterly estimated payments?  Did they maybe also show up on line 16 with your W2 withholding?

I don't understand what the IRS said.  If you paid Estimates you have to enter them to get credit for them.
