On the Ohio residency question, the format should be mm/dd so you should not enter 25 on that screen.   Enter 12/31 and that should work.   Or do you see the error somewhere else?

Not the answer. The correct answer is:

Ohio requires that all days (365) are accounted for and all assigned a School Code.

Days as a non-resident have to also be accounted for under School Code 9999.
