The state income tax withheld that I entered on my W-2s is not showing on my state form; therefore, the tax due is incorrectly inflated. What can I do to get the state tax withheld to transfer?

Make sure that when you entered your state tax withheld you provided the proper two-letter state code. That is the only way it will transfer over.
I'm having the same problem and can verify that my two-letter state code is correct, as well as the employer state ID number. What else can I try? My state return is currently showing as completely blank on the forms....nothing is pulling over.
Thanks for the prompt reply! I can confirm that the proper two-letter state code was entered on each of my W-2s; however, the withholding is not reflected on the state form. Any other ideas?
If you have not registered or paid your TurboTax fee, you might try deleting your state return and starting it again. This will re-initiate the transfer of data from the Federal return to the state return.
Use these steps when using TurboTax Online:
@AnnetteB6 I don't have an option to delete. There is an option to Download. Does that mean it's been submitted? If so, what can I do to fix that? I don't recall having had the option to submit the state return because it's not completed. Because of this, I haven't paid any type of fee.
If you're seeing an option to Download, you're not in the right place. You're probably on the Tax Home page. Have you filed or printed your federal return?
To get back into your return after printing or e-filing, please follow these steps:
