I am expecting a $15 refund as my eFile was not completed. It is a rip-off by Intuit to not refund. You can just say “yes, we will refund” and end this dispute. Or you can take the same terrible answer of no refund and I will take extreme action with the Better Business Bureau and the FTC to expose this crime.
Please respond with your decision?
