State eFile Refund if Rejected By IRS and State

How does Turbo Tax refund the State eFile Charge if the IRS and the state rejects the electronic filing and I must mail in my return?  It has already been charged and I want my money back since I had to mail in my taxes

State eFile Refund if Rejected By IRS and State

Because the TurboTax CD/Download state e-filing fee covers transmission costs and does not guarantee acceptance, it's our policy to not issue refunds except under these special circumstances:

  • You weren't able to successfully e-file because of a tax situation your state government doesn't support
  • The rejection is caused by an override in your state return that we instructed you to enter as a workaround to a known product issue
  • A known program error or state government problem blocked you from successfully e-filing your state return
  • You were accidentally charged a second e-filing fee when you resubmitted your state return

If any of these situations apply to you, you can contact us for a refund.

State eFile Refund if Rejected By IRS and State

I am expecting a $15 refund as my eFile was not completed.  It is a rip-off by Intuit to not refund.  You can just say “yes, we will refund” and end this dispute.  Or you can take the same terrible answer of no refund and I will take extreme action with the Better Business Bureau and the FTC to expose this crime.
Please respond with your decision?

Thanks for taking the time to respond.
