State Download (MA)

I am having no luck getting my state (Massachusetts) TurboTax Business return to download. I am stuck in a loop and it doesn't start. I followed the recommended fix of downloading the TTCleanStatesTool and it did say the files were removed. But I am right back where I started and the state return does not download. I have spent many hours on this reading about possible fixes, etc.

I should NOT have to pay for some help. And getting Help so far is not easy. Too much attempt to redirect to paying for Tax Expert Help. I have been doing this for years and just need the DOWNLOAD.

very frustrating.
