St Louis Tax Refund for 2021

This portion of the State Taxes file is asking me to "verify/edit the amt. of KC or St Louis Tax Refund for 2021" ... are they looking for a city tax refund or the state refund?

Kansas City and St.Louis are not states---they are cities. You are being asked for the amount of a city tax refund.

Thanks, I know they are not states, but the text is very misleading ... it indicates that I entered an amount for one of those cities, and I did not ... and makes it sound like it could be the state tax refund I did enter.
