i have not worked in 5 yrs. Can my husband claim me as a dependent on Illinois even though filing joint married?  I am not age 65 yet, not blind or disabled.

Spouse Dependent

If you are filing a joint return for your state return, you are already being included on the return.  You cannot also be considered a dependent.
