So I am filing my state tax for Colorado however I have visted and typed in a value for all the tabs, but the status still says started. Why?

Literally none of the things in my state apply to me so I just put 0 on anything that I required me to insert a number.

Are you wanting to file a Colorado state tax return?  If so, random numbers in the software may not provide the correct answers that you desire.

 

If you want to start over or you not want to file a Colorado state tax return, in TurboTax Online, you are able to delete the return by following these steps.

 

  • Down the left side of the screen, click on State Taxes and Your State Returns.
  • Delete a state tax return by clicking the trashcan to the right of the tax return at the screen Status of your state returns.
  • Begin again by clicking Add another State.

I have already done that 2 twice. On your screen shot instead of saying reviewed it just says started. I have entered all the information that was applicable to me.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.  Make sure you have ran all updates.
