Should I get tax credit if I met all requirements for homeowner, aged 78, income 87k, full-year resident

"The real property tax credit is now based on your DC real property tax bill for tax year 2024. Do not include special assessments, interest, penalties and/or service charges. The maximum property tax credit limit is increased from $1,325 to $1,375."

If you meet all requirements, you should be eligible to claim the  DC Individual Income Property Tax Credit (Schedule H)

• Your AGI must be $87,100 or less if you are age 70 or older.
