Does the Business program have the Minnesota M2 forms avaliable with it?

Yes and no.
The initial installation of TurboTax Business is for the federal forms. It will not have anything for any state. After you complete the federal 1041, you then pay for, download and install the state module. That state module will have all the forms you need in it, for reporting an estate/trust to the state.

No. Due to low demand, Minnesota fiduciary returns are not supported in TurboTax Business.
