Sales Tax deduction doesn't show on the printed form - Sch A.
A taxpayer who itemizes deductions on Schedule A must select between a deduction for (1) state and local income taxes or (2) state and local sales taxes. TT will automatically select the larger of the two unless you indicate in the appropriate section of the sales tax review that you prefer to choose one over the other (incidentally, it is sometimes better to select a lower sales tax deduction if your state income tax refund from the current year may be taxable income in the following year).
