It depends. You will answer "yes" to this question if you had NJ state taxes withheld from your paycheck (not local taxes). This is because you will want to file a NJ nonresident reciprocal return to get these taxes back. However, if there is no NJ state tax withheld, answer no. You are not considered as working in NJ because of the reciprocal agreement; you are not taxed there.
