Hello! I recently received a job offer in Oregon State for a 1099 contract. I am a resident of Washington State and wanted to know the tax implications if I accepted this job. Would I have to pay Oregon State income tax? Would I have to pay Oregon State taxes? What forms would I need to file? Any help is appreciated!

You have to pay Oregon tax on any income that you earn for working in Oregon. You would have to file an Oregon nonresident tax return.
Just to clarify, working "in" Oregon means actually (physically) working within Oregon. If your work is carried on 100% remotely from a location within Washington state, then that work income is not subject to Oregon income tax.

Federal and state incomes taxes are normally not withheld from the pay of 1099 contract workers. If those taxes are not withheld from your pay, then you must make quarterly estimated tax payments to both the IRS and the State of Oregon. See these references:
