My home state is Georgia. I attend college in Tennessee and have a job as a RA for the dorms. The University sent me a W2 listing GA as the state with the employers state id no. No mention of TN.
Does that mean I just have to file a GA return?

Correct. You only need to file a Georgia state tax return. Tennessee does not have an income tax (except for certain investment income), so you don't need to file with them. Since you are a resident of Georgia, all of your income is taxable by Georgia, even if it was earned in another state.
