TT is asking to start nonresident Florida return because I have rental property in Florida. How to remove Florida from TT?

If you proceeded past the warning screens, delete the Florida return:

Note that the return in TurboTax is not a "nonresident Florida return". It is a Form DR-405, which is to report tangible personal property that is used in a Florida-located business or rental property and is filed with the county property appraiser by April 1st.
