Renters credit without income ..can I file

I have no income and cant file taxes..can I still file renters credit.

The renters credit is a non-refundable credit. It can only reduce the tax you owe but cannot be refunded to you.

If you have no income, you have no tax to pay and cannot get the renters credit. You do not need to file a tax return as you have no income.
