Reaching out to confirm my state return for Wisconsin and Minnesota have been filed correctly. On the homepage it says that I have started but I finished it 3 weeks ago.

When the State Return is showing as "Started" that means that it needs to be finished, some forms were not available at the time that you filed Your Federal, and/or something is missing. To Go back to your State Return and finish to efile:

1. Sign back into your Turbotax Online Account

2. Click on Previous Taxes

3. Click on Add a State (this gets you back into your return)

4. Click on State Taxes

5. Click through your State Return and continue through to finish

6. You will get to the File screen to file your State Return

7. Step 1 and Step 2 should be complete

8. Click on Step 3 and make sure "efile" is the chosen option

9. Go through the rest of the return to e-file and submit
