We cannot see your tax return or your screen. Make sure you entered the amounts from your W-2 correctly. Double check them. State income and state tax withheld are in boxes 16 and 17 of your W-2(s). If you did enter those amounts correctly -- is the employer not withholding enough from your paychecks for state tax?
