TurboTax asking for credit card payment for filing state return but I want them to take fee out of return amount

I want to pay my state retunn fees with my refund, but Turbo is asking for my credit card info. I cannot pay with a credit card and need the payment to come out of the refund. What to do?

Are you using Online TurboTax or the desktop software (CD/download)?

And are you now filing only a state return after previously filing a Federal return that was accepted?

What kind of refund are you referring to??   Are you referring to a state refund?

You cannot pay any TurboTax fees out of a state refund.  You can only pay TurboTax fees out of a Federal refund.

TurboTax will take a credit card or a debit card with the Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express logo.  If you don't have a credit card or a debit card, another option is to buy a prepaid debit card at a store.
