TurboTax should know if it is a PDF file but all I get is an error!!!

I already paid for it and it says click here to download but I get an error every time. Pop up blocker is off ans so is the anti virus. I can not go to the bottom of the page and click that because I can not file my taxes without state.

Not sure if this helps but I was on my Laptop and couldn't click the blue things on the bottom right because the CD is not for laptops! TT needs to fix this problem! I almost did not file my taxes ontime last night due to this issue!
