I wish to add state to my 2018 returns please i want to sigh into my return add ct state

i only one to add CT state to my tax return i  finished the federal

Sign back into TurboTax account and click on Add State, and do the CT return.

this doesn't work.  my federal has been accepted, but there is no option to add a state return anywhere in the program.

TurboTax online and e-file for 2018 ended on Oct 15, 2019. 2018 (and earlier tax years) can now only be completed using the CD/download software installed on a Mac or Windows computer. The return must be printed, signed and mailed.

If you already paid for 2018 online then contact customer suppoert for a download.

If you started your 2016, 2017, or 2018 return in TurboTax Online but weren't able to file it before the shutdown, you can finish and paper-file it in the TurboTax download software for PC or Mac.

Same here and when I go to Customer support they give you the run around and won't answer the Chat line. Very frustrating when I need this ASAP for a home purchase. I should have access with or without PLUS this is my personal tax information that I have prepared myself and now need. I'm almost to the point of switching 10 different accounts that I do to a different tax prep company.
