All of spouse's income was earned in Virginia, in those first 4 months.

@ericadon - yes you should. It may affect the standard and itemized deductions that VA permits for the spouse that was only a part year resident.

I filled Virginia taxes and was accepted on 2/8/2024. They have not pulled my payment and put banking stuff into the system Federal pulled there on Monday at 1 AM .
