Turbo tax is not entering my state taxes withheld on my form. How can I manually enter the amount on line 16?

State taxes withheld are done in the Federal section and then transferred to the state ... review your entries and start the state program again to let the info flow.

Hi, my turbo tax website states my state return was accepted in March but when I go to my state website, there is no record of that information. What should I do ?
