Install State tax but does not see any topic to enter information

Hello, i installed State tax (MA) but the software does not show any state information to enter. Please help.

when i click state tax tab, it keeps showing "your software is up to day"??

2019 New Jersey state software download messages indicate the download was successful, but the forms do not open when Start is clicked.   Turbo Tax attempts to download again.
