I'm having trouble figuring out what Line 1b(2) is. It says beginning date lived in state problem but i'm not sure exactly what that means.

@user903951 Did you enter more than one sales tax area? The total for all days lived must be 366. In other words, if you said 01/010/2020 to 03/30/2020 for one and 03/30/2020 to 12/31/2020 you would get an error because 03/30 overlaps on both entries so you would need to change the second to 03/31/2020.

If you only have one sales tax entry, check your dates. The beginning date should be 01/01/2020 and the end date should be 12/31/2020.

If nothing seems to work, delete your sales tax entry and start over.

• Select Jump to sales tax
• Click Try Sales Tax Deduction Anyway
• Select EasyGuide
