Filing 2019 State Taxes Massachusetts?

I am unable to transmit for e-file in Massachusetts.     It says some forms are not ready yet.     Is anyone else having this issue.

Some forms in the Massachusetts return have not been finalized.  Once the forms have final approval, you will be able to submit the return electronically.  Please check for more updates early next week.

Please help I filled my 2019 MA state taxes out on Turbo Tax have not mailed this in to state, but did complete on Turbo Tax and Print out.

Please help I need to add a deduction and I do not know how to go back in an amend this 2019 return I completed but did not efile or mail

How about your Federal return? Did you e-file it?

If you need to add deductions to you federal return and you already submitted the Federal, you must amend to make any changes.

Here's how you amend your return:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Scroll down to Your tax return & documents , select 2019 and then Amend (change) return. 
3. Select Amend using TurboTax Online.
4. Follow the instructions, your refund or tax due will change to 0. This is normal on amended returns.

Amended return can't be e-file, you need to print it and mail it in.

On the Tax Home web page when the Form 1040X for amending a 2019 tax return becomes available there will be a link - Amend (change) return. Form 1040X is expected to be available on 02/27/2020.

However, if you didn't e-file the federal return or you only need to add information to the state return, follow the steps below to reopen your return:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Select Add a state (you won't add a state; just to open the return).
