How much does TurboTax charge for state forms? CA, WA, PA, AL

Searched and searched... I cannot locate how much it will cost to buy multiple state forms after I purchase the Deluxe edition for federal.  four states covered in my household of three people.  Full transparency, please !

Depending on the version of TurboTax that you are using and whether or not you are using the Online or Desktop software, your State form(s) can either be FREE (giving your 1 FREE state download) or cost a few dollars. Please see the below links for more information:

I purchased turbotax home & business (download version) from Amazon. When I want to do state (California) return, it want to charge me $44.99. 

It should be free for one state, right? Why TurboTax want to charge me $44.99?
