If my Retirement income is from Texas but I moved to Oklahoma after retiring, Is my Texas Teacher Retirement income (earned due to the 30+ years I worked as a teacher in Texas) taxable in Oklahoma? or Do I file my Federal Income Tax and file Oklahoma as a Non-Resident?
Note: I do not receive any income earned in Oklahoma. All income is from Texas Teacher Retirement System

Oklahoma law presumes you to be a resident if you reside within the state for more than seven months of the year. Since you have moved to Oklahoma, you will now file your taxes as an Oklahoma resident on Form 511, and all of your income will be subject to Oklahoma income tax.
Oklahoma excludes the first $10,000 of retirement income. Retirement income above the exclusion amount, regardless of where it was earned, is taxable income.
Just to add a bit of info, by federal law retirement income is taxable by your state of residence at the time you receive it, regardless of where it was earned. (Pension Source Tax Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-94)
