PC Desktop- New York State is saying Do Not File Form Not Finalized, but Intuit Web Site shows it's available

Can someone send me a link to reinstall NYS?

You need to update your program, there is a menu command.  If that doesn't work, then there is something wrong with the Windows Registry that is preventing the program from recognizing the update.  Try uninstalling the program then reinstall.  You will need to first reinstall the main program, update it, install the state, update it again, then you can open your tax data file.
