Out of state pension

Hi, Live in Colorado and just started recieving a small pension $110 per month from pera New Mexico. Have not lived there in over 30 years. Do I need to file a NM state income tax for this. Thanks

Out of state pension

No you do not have to file a New Mexico state income tax return just because you received a pension payment from NM.
