Out of state income W-2

I'm trying to file and I have a W2 from my employer from a period of time that I worked out of state.  This does not show in income amount in Box #1, due to it just being a few months in another state for the same employer.  Turbo Tax is trying to say that I cannot e-file due to box #1 of this W2 having a "0" in it

The usual way to handle this is to report both W2's as if they are one with a second row at the bottom for the information on the second state (Boxes 15, 16, & 17.)  The two Boxes 16 (State wages) should add up to Box 1 (Wages,tips...)  TurboTax gives you a second set of Boxes.
