Option to mark yourself as paraplegic on MI-1040CR missing?

Hey. I just filed my Michigan return. I noticed upon reviewing the downloaded PDF that it didn't check that I was paraplegic or calculate my refund correctly, nor is it letting me go through and amend manually. What's up?

Please revisit your State of Michigan Return by following these steps:

1. While in your Tax Home,
2. Select State,
3. Select Edit next to Michigan,
4. Follow through the on-screen prompts until you get to this screen:This should take care of you!

ok, i tried to file an amendment since i already filed, but it won't let me access the amended return. it just loops asking if i want to print it over and over, and then offers me a pdf of a federal amendment i didn't ask for (Which it says isn't ready to file), and then loops again. i hit next and it booted me back to the homepage with no refund information updated and now it thinks i'm paper-filing a federal amendment i never even started

I recommend canceling this amendment and starting it again. To cancel the amendment, select Cancel Amend from the left menu and follow the prompts.

Then, sign out of TurboTax and close the browser window.

Open a new incognito Chrome browser window and sign in to your TurboTax program.

To review the steps for amending, here is a link for amending a return already filed.

When it prompts you to explain why the return is being amended, be sure to answer for federal and state. Even though the federal may be started, it does not mean it must be submitted. For the federal explanation, you can state something like "No change required" in order to continue to the state explanation. The state explanation could be something like "Update to medical condition." Once your change is made at the state level, continue through the filing prompts.

i got through all that, but it gives me no option to print my amended return to paper-file, which my state requires by law

To print, follow these steps in TurboTax Online:

• From the left menu, select Tax Tools
• Print Center
• Print, save or preview this year's return
   
• Mark the boxes for the returns you want to download, being sure to include Schedule AMD. Michigan no longer has MI-1040X. The amendments are handled by checking the Amended box in the top right corner of Form MI-1040, page 1
• Follow through the rest of the prompts based on how much detail you want to save for your PDF. 
• When the PDF opens, there is another area in the top corner of this window to select download or print.
