On my state refund review, how do I fix my address?

Fix your address on the federal return, and then open your state return for the changes to flow through.

My address is correct and it keeps telling me it is wrong. My federal return has already been e-filed

What looks right and what the program is holding may not be the same. Sometimes something will get stuck in your computer program and throw things off.  Try this:

1. Go ahead and delete your address in the federal section. 
2. Log out of your return
3. Try one or more of the following:
   • Don't use Internet Explorer.
   • Clear cookies and cache, instructions on the links.
   • Internet Explorer
   • Mozilla Firefox
   • Google Chrome
   • Safari
   • Safari for iOS (mobile devices)
   • Sign in using a different browser.
   • Sign in using a different device.
4. Log back into your return.
5. Enter the address again.
