On box 15 it is asking me to select a state before I can continue however the state is not a selectable option(Tennessee).

Tennessee does not have a personal income tax.  Leave boxes 15 thru 17 blank (empty) on the W-2.

That’s just it. It will not let me leave it blank. I must make a selection to continue. 

Delete the W-2 and re-enter manually.
