NYS partnership will not download in TTBusiness

I was on the phone two reps and a supervisor for over four hours yesterday.  Nothing worked in these sessions.

Your team closed the case (ending in 36516) and it is still unsolved.  That is poor customer service.

In addition- when I paid for this partnership- you did not attach the download to my TT account which has the purchase and the word download but no download icon as in previous years.   

Extremely frustrated- you should get the team working on this issue.  I will continue to call every day.

The vast majority of the New York business tax forms are not yet ready and available, which may explain the installation issues.  The expected availability date for these forms is February 13, 2026.  

You can check the forms availability by going to State Forms Availability for TurboTax Business.  Select TurboTax for Windows and then scroll down to New York and select the type of business return you need to prepare - (e.g. S-Corp, Partnership, Fiduciary).
