NYS INCOME TAX

Hello,

I tried to file my 2021 income tax but I couldn't because NYS states the income tax forms are not available. Does anyone know when NYS will have their forms available.

Lots of state forms are not ready yet so you need to wait for them. The IRS will not begin to accept federal returns until January 24. A state return cannot be accepted until the IRS accepts your federal return, so you have time to wait. Click Review to see when your forms will be available.
