I have filed my fed tax but am unable to efile my NY Tax.  It will not let me past a perceived error with the state taxes paid on my RMD from RBC Capital.  I know these amounts are correct and were accepted on the Fed return.

I was forced to print my NY return because I did not get an answer to my question.  I have not mailed the return and would prefer to do it electronically, however, I can no longer access the return or the problem.  How do I talk to someone?  I have 35 years working with computers and have a number of issues with your software.
