Tax Year Prior to 2020: NY state refund may need further review

for 2 months my 2019 NYS REFUND Said 

received and may need further review...

Now it says its been accepted and is being processed...

and this has stayed the same for 10 days now with no change....

Very SAD IN NEW YORK !

The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance website does not appear to state the estimated refund processing time but recommends e-filing. Check your refund status here.  You can sign up for email notification progress updates of your refund here. If you're concerned, you can contact the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance for more information.

I was having the same message mine now says processing did you get your return

Mine has been back on processing now for over a month

Nope. I ended up getting audited for daycare credit.

I finally got a date this morning however my refund was adjusted

If New York made one or more adjustments to your personal income tax return:

• you may receive a refund amount that’s different than what you claimed on your return, and
• you will receive an account adjustment notice (Form DTF-160 or Form DTF-161) explaining the adjustment.

You should compare your income tax return to the Explanation section of the notice to best understand the adjustment.

If you disagree with the adjustment, you can respond with documentation that supports what you claimed on your return.

I filed on 1/27/20. I got my federal on 2/26/20. It went to the "Its under review", then they asked me to verify my withholding. I called and did that before the notice even came in the mail by harassing the hell out of them for the notice ID. That was 3/5/20. Just yesterday it finally changed to "We received and are processing". With all the **bleep** in the world going on right now, it would be nice if they could get us the money we deserve in a timely manner.

My return was accepted Jan 31st it was under review until last week now it says it’s processing I also didn’t recieve my stimulus I had to re enter my direct deposit turbo card info bottom line is everything seems to take longer with turbo tax it’s a joke my wife filed through a friend although it costed more it’s well worth it  she got every thing in a timely manner seems like the government scrutinizes any one using turbo tax and I have now learned my lesson never again
