North Dakota State Income Tax
Yes I do
I want to file electronically
The program says there is a glitch because not all of the witholdinga came from a w-2, 1099 or K1.
That is not true, the withholding worksheet shows the amount od state tax witheld came from three 1099 misc. They were for oil royalties. There is also a K-1 that shows $0 withheld. The K-1 has nothing to do with ND
I need th know how to work around this.

North Dakota State Income Tax
Although your K-1 was not for the State of ND, it may be holding you up and causing this glitch. Try this in TurboTax, Enter the information requested on your K-1,
- Partnership EIN
- Your SSN (if it doesn't transfer)
- ND distributive share of income
- ND income tax withheld
If there are no figures for #3 and #4, enter zero.
