Non-resident part-year state tax return. What should I write into box "Income from Missouri sources" when box "income from all sources" is already provided?
I completed federal return successfully but got problem with state return.

Non-resident part-year state tax return. What should I write into box "Income from Missouri sources" when box "income from all sources" is already provided?
What those questions are trying to get at is what income is taxed in which state.
If all the income was earned in Missouri, then you would enter the entire amount in Missouri sources.
If part was earned elsewhere, then the amount in Missouri would be less.
