looks like an error on turbotax end. Line#62 on NJ 1040 is the Pass-through business alternative tax credit. This is blank on my form yet somehow trubo tax not letting me efile

This is a known issue caused by an update to the New Jersey forms that were just released. It is being worked on and you should keep checking back to see if it is fixed.
