I moved from NJ to PA mid-year. In NJ, I owned 2 properties, one of which was my principal residence, the other had been a prior principal residence that I was holding on for investment purposes (did not rent it, just maintained it). Property tax for primary residence were 6000 and 4000 for second home. When completing state taxes - Property Tax Deductions, can I enter property taxes paid for both homes (10,000) for "Property Tax paid while a New Jersey resident" ?

No you must prorate the deduction to reflect your time as a nonresident of New Jersey.
