Need to file NJ non res/VA and NY partial year. Rolled my 401K with a retailer to my Government TSP. Single/No kids. Can I do the simple filing? What program do I use?

You should be able to use the Free Edition of TurboTax. At least that's where you should start. If there is something in your return that requires a higher edition, you will be prompted to upgrade.
