Need to file more than 1 federal and state return on one account, how can I?

You can only do one tax return with an online version of TurboTax (TT). To do a 2nd return, you have to establish a new account.

With the download/CD versions of TT, you can do multiple returns. but are limited to 5 e-files.  More than 5 can be prepared, but the additional ones have to be printed and mailed.
