NC Refund is significantly overstated in 2019 Turbo Tax CD

Hi,

I imported my 2018 amended return into my 2019 Turbo Tax.   When I look at my worksheets, the amount paid to NC in the worksheet is double the amount that I paid in 2019.  This results in a NC refund that is about what I paid for NC tax in 2019.  I know this is incorrect.   I do not see how to correct this anywhere in TurboTax.   All of the forms that I see are protected in TurboTax.  How can I resolve?

At this point you may wish to contact a specialist that can work through that section of the return with you. The specialists can look at your return on their screen to find out exactly what is causing this issue and suggest how you can take corrective action if needed.
