NC NOL form - do I need Premier?

I'm entering K-1 information on my NC return, and Turbotax suddenly gave me a NC NOL form to fill out basically on my own, without line by line explanation. (They refer me to a link to the NC form directions.) I don't know where to find most of the numbers the form is asking for, like Nonbusiness Capital Losses.

If I upgrade to Premier, will Turbotax fill out this form for me based on the rest of my 1040 data or prior year information (I've used Turbotax for years)? Or at least give me more direction on where to find the numbers being requested?

If Premier doesn't offer more help on this form than Deluxe (download version) does, then I'll spend my $$$ on live help rather than upgrading to Premier.
