My Wife lost her CA drivers license when she had a stroke in 2012 and still does not have a new one. How can I state this on my return?

My Wife lost her CA drivers license when she had a stroke in 2012 and still does not have a new one. How can I state this on my return?
Actually, you can skip that step (ID with a state-issued document) altogether. It's just a second step of security, but is not required for you to complete your e-filing.
