My wife and I should be full residents of WV for the year 2018. I see "Since one of you changed residence during the taxable year" How do I correct this to full WV resid?

You probably answered a question incorrectly in My Info. Go back to My Info in the federal return and click edit by her name. Go through the questions and see how you answered whether she lived in any other state in 2018. It will be one of the questions asked soon after you enter her name.
